What Does Modernization Means

Elevator modernization is the updating of the old elevator’s equipment to make it more reliable, bring it up code compliance with modern technology, reduce repair expenses or increase the safety of the elevator system.

Why Need a modernization

In today’s ever changing and highly competitive environment, building owners and property managers find that outdated elevator systems are a major reason for tenant dissatisfaction. Advancements in technology have changed the way in which an elevator system function. This perception has a direct reflection of the building itself. And also safety of the old elevators are to be comply as per the safety standard of EN81.

How do Modernize an Elevator

70% of the whole elevator made by steel and other 30% of the elevator are electrical and electronic components. The life of steel assembly is longer than electrical components, if the elevator is not working properly most probably chances are electrical components failed. So, in our Modernization proposal we replace the Controller, Machine(if required) all the wirings, Pushbuttons, Signal Display it to modern technology.
